Teens ages 12 and up with ADHD or executive function challenges who struggle with focus, time management, organization, or emotional regulation. This coaching is designed for adolescents, recognizing that executive function skills and maturity develop at different paces during the teen years.

That’s common. Coaching is supportive, not corrective. Teens often engage once they feel understood and experience small wins. Participation does require willingness to try.
Families often see improved focus, routines, emotional regulation, confidence, and calmer communication at home and school.
Coaching focuses on skill-building, executive function, and real-life application—not diagnosis or academic content alone.
To help your family make the most informed decision possible, I strongly encourage all parents, caregivers, and decision-makers to attend the Parent Clarity Call. This allows everyone to ask questions, understand the coaching process, and determine together whether the program is the right fit for your child.
