The ADHD TEEN & Executive Function System

Progress is built one small step at a time.

Progress is built one small step at a time.Progress is built one small step at a time.Progress is built one small step at a time.

My Background & Credentials

I bring together professional expertise, lived experience, and a calm, structured coaching approach:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education (Honors)
  • Certified ADHD & Executive Function Coach (USA & Peru)
  • Advanced training in ADHD Management & Executive Function Coaching
  • DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) Skills Training with Marsha Linehan
  • 25+ years of experience in education and coaching
  • Fluent in English and Spanish

More importantly, I specialize in working with adolescents—meeting them where they are, without pressure, shame, or power struggles.

How I Work With Teens and Parents

I believe lasting change happens through partnership, not control.

That’s why my coaching model is built around a three-way collaboration:

Teen • Parent • Coach

  • Teens learn how to plan, start, and follow through—building real confidence and independence.
  • Parents stay informed and supported, without becoming the manager, reminder system, or enforcer.
  • I provide structure, accountability, and tools—bridging the gap between intention and action.
  • This approach reduces conflict, builds trust, and helps skills actually stick.

My Coaching Philosophy

ADHD support is not about trying harder.
It’s about learning how to work with the brain you have.

I focus on:

  • Skill-building over pressure
  • Structure over chaos
  • Calm consistency over quick fixes
  • Progress over perfection

Teens don’t need to be “fixed.”
They need tools, guidance, and space to grow—without their confidence being eroded along the way.

What Parents Tell Me Matters Most

Parents often come to me feeling exhausted, worried, and unsure what to try next.

They’re not looking for more advice.

They’re looking for clarity, relief, and a way forward that doesn’t damage their relationship with their teen.

My role is to help you:

  • Step out of constant monitoring and reminders
  • Communicate more calmly and clearly
  • Understand what your teen needs—and why
  • Feel confident that growth is happening, even when it’s not perfect

Before You Schedule Your Parent Clarity Call

To help families make the most informed decision possible, I strongly encourage all decision-makers to attend the Parent Clarity Call.
